My classes on Lanzarote and in Germany are focused on the Hatha-Yoga Asanas. These practices give benefit to everybody – no matter, whatever kind of former knowledge you start your practise.

Hatha-Yoga is an ancient (over 3000 years’ old) technique of body and spiritual exercises. Independent of age or culture it provides us with more strength, flexibility and vitality. It helps us to find inner peace and calmness.
Consciousness, respiration and relaxation
The basic principles of Yoga are consciousness, respiration and relaxation. The connection of breath and movement with a balance to tone up and to relax and harmonise all bodily functions.
Circulation, digestion, neurological and hormonal systems and the entire metabolic system can be regenerated. Many of the Yoga exercises relieve neck and shoulder tension.
JOY Yoga extends old techniques
Being aware and gentle with our selves and our body Hatha-Yoga improves health and well-being.
I combine Hatha-Yoga Asanas with modern knowledge of “Spiral Dynamics” by Dr. Christian Larsen.
This complementary technique involves a visible improvement of quality to each exercise. You can find out in chapter “Spiral Dynamics” on my website how this works, how you can optimize your bodily receptiveness and thus will be able to reprogram possible negative posture and movement patterns.
